Customer Satisfaction Survey 2013

In a customer satisfaction survey, instigated and carried out by Affinity Sutton (http://www.affinitysutton.com/), we have received a overall total score of 94.11%. This is a ranking across heating installation work in the South East of England between 2012 – 2013 and the results show an increase of +0.47% compared to the last quarter.

The survey was given to 660 different customers and involved questions such as; whether they were given enough notice before the works started, if the appointments were kept, the politeness and attitude of the BSW Building Services workforce, the standard of the work carried out as well as the overall rating of satisfaction and experience.

As advised by the report from Affinity Sutton, the overall customer satisfaction has been rated as excellent, and has remained so for the past couple of years. This rates BSW Building Services as the 5th highest scoring contractor out of the 17 that have been surveyed this quarter
