Our dedicated Service and Maintenance Department are on hand to assist you with a wide range of services to cover all your maintenance needs. The services we offer will assist you with the general care and upkeep of your central heating systems and include the following:
  • Free inspection and quotation for any proposed service or improvement works.
  • Annual boiler service for gas, oil and LPG.
  • Breakdown maintenance on your whole heating system.
  • Full system powerflushing and cleansing.
  • All repairs and upgrades on both domestic and commercial systems.
  • Landlords Safety Certification.

Did you know? As a Landlord or Managing Agent, you are legally required to have a gas safety check carried out every 12 months by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer on all pipework, Gas/LPG appliances and flues which are owned by the Landlord and provided for the use of the tenants. As with all other services, a member of our team would be happy to advise you on costs and any further information you require.

We also offer new and existing customers a cover plan, whereby for a fixed annual fee you can benefit from the following -

  • An annual boiler service.
  • Priority callout.
  • Labour and replacement parts worth up to £750.00* per annum, for your boiler, pump, thermostats, time switch, motorised valves, accessible pipework, panel radiators and valves and a standard indirect cylinder up to 12* years old.
  • A discount on any new boiler or system which might be required should the existing system prove to be beyond economic repair.
