We operate a dedicated department that covers Boiler Service, Maintenance and Repairs. Our fully qualified team of engineers are on hand to assist you with a comprehensive range of fixed price service schemes for all types of central heating. These service schemes will assist you with the routine care and continuing upkeep of your central heating systems and include the following:

• Annual boiler service for gas, oil and LPG systems
• Planned and preventative maintenance of complete heating systems
• Boiler repair
• Full system powerflushing and cleansing
• Landlords Gas Safety certificates
• All repairs and upgrades on both domestic and commercial systems
• Energy efficiency checks

Did you know? If you are a Landlord or Managing Agent you have a legal requirement to ensure the safety of your tenants by arrnging an annual gas safety inspection to be carried out within 12 months following the installation of a new appliance and annually thereafter. Any gas appliance that you own and provide for your tenant's benefit is included in your legal responsibility and all inspections must be carried out by a GAS SAFE registered engineer. As with all other services, a member of the BSW team will be happy to advise you on costs and provide any further information you require.

The average lifespan of a boiler is between ten and fifteen years. Regular maintenance and servicing will keep your boiler in prime condition minimising the inconvenience and costs incurred in dealing with faults and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of your family. BSW offer all new and existing customers a cover plan, whereby for a fixed annual fee you will benefit from:

• 24 hours a day, seven days a week emergency attendance
• Same day call out for breakdowns
• Free parts and labour for any boiler up to 12 years old [up to £750 p.a.]
• 10% discount on all BSW published prices for boiler replacements and systems upgrades
• Ongoing comprehensive cover after manufacturer's warranty has expired
• No excess charges or other hidden costs
