Clive has worked for BSW for 24 years and his current responsibilities include the day to day running of the owner occupied heating department and it's continued growth and turnover.

In 1987 Clive joined BSW as a Sales Engineer and was later promoted to Sales Manager covering both the Croydon and Sussex offices. Following the de-merger Clive continued his role as Sales Manager in Sussex and in 2004 was promoted to Sales Director.

Clive started his career as an instrument maker for Smith Industries, manufacturing aviation spares and tooling, the majority of this work was for Concorde. When Concorde ceased production, Clive moved onto making precision plastic mould tools. After becoming disillusioned with Engineering Clive moved into the central heating industry and in 1978 joined a large heating company in Bromley, Kent where he remained until joining BSW.

In his spare time aside from being a busy family man, Clive is the Vice Chairman for an 18 team Youth Football Club in Ewell, he is also joint manager of the Sunday senior 3rd team.
