Roger has been with BSW for over 16 years and is responsible for the overall management of the Contracts Department which covers kitchen, bathroom and heating work for our larger social housing clients, he liaises regularly with those clients to ensure the contract is being delivered satisfactorily. He is responsible for the selection of Engineers as well as being one of the key Surveyors for the Contract Central Heating Department.

Having joined BSW in 1994 as a Heating Surveyor Roger was promoted to Contracts Director in 2000 when the company de-merged.

Roger spent the previous 30 years working for British Gas starting out as an Apprentice progressing through several roles including Central Heating Surveyor and Warm Air Inspector before being promoted to Central Heating Manager.

Outside of work, Roger is a dedicated family man and a proud new Grandfather, he is also an avid rugby and motor racing fan.
