A brief background

BSW were established in 1962 starting out as a small family run business. Over the years we have grown steadily but our original business ethic hasn’t changed. We still believe in providing the best customer care and value for money based on years of practical experience. Our office headquarters are based in Scaynes Hill allowing our administration staff to easily co-ordinate our 80 field based operatives working throughout Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent.

Our primary service is providing bespoke central heating installation, boiler servicing, repair and ongoing maintenance measures of full central heating systems including pumps, pipework and flues to ensure our customers enjoy a safe, reliable and efficient provision of heating and hot water.

We have highly skilled engineers who are fully qualified to work with Gas, Oil and LPG systems, as well as MCS accredited engineers who can provide alternative renewable energy solutions including air source heat pumps. We also have a well established contracts department that provide services specific to the social housing sector. These services include; boiler installation and central heating upgrades, service & maintenance, new kitchens and bathrooms installations. Additional to this we have a commercial department that carries out larger mechanical works for clients such as schools, hospitals and hotels. Furthermore, we also have team dedicated to mansion maintenance and services for large private properties.

BSW has also developed a dedicated service to deliver an environmental commitment to assist customers in reducing their energy bills and carbon footprint. We have invested in state-of-the-art technology to enable us to retro-fit residential and commercial properties with the latest energy-efficient, low-carbon renewable energy solutions.

Central Heating

We have a comprehensive knowledge of all kinds of domestic heating boilers, whether you are considering gas, oil or LPG. John Belliere

Executive Chairman

Executive Chairman John Belliere has been with BSW for 40 years and is responsible for establishing company policy, the recruitment of senior personnel and maintaining the overall direction of the company.

Matt Benstead

Managing Director

Matthew started at BSW in 1993, in the then small Sussex branch office, arranging heating installations, after doing this role for several years and learning the business, he was then promoted to General Manager.

Troy Belliere

Operations Director

Troy Belliere has been a member of the team at BSW for 8 years and is responsible for overseeing the Eaga Warmfront contract, identifying and developing new business opportunities and producing CAD drawings for our Kitchen Department.
