To whom it may concern.

I have lived in my 3 bedroom house for 24 years with just 3 night storage heaters to heat the whole house and an immersion heater to heat my water.

This was very expensive and my house was cold, damp and grew green mould everywhere. It did not smell very nice but this was all I was used to.

Then BSW Building services (hereinafter referred to as “BSW”) installed a new Mitsubishi Ecodan Central Heating System. I now have a radiator in every room and the result is amazing.

After only a month the house is warm, no damp or mould. The system also heats my hot water and I now have hot water all the time. My house does not smell of damp anymore.

The men from BSW were fantastic. Very polite and cleaned up after themselves every day. The whole process was explained in a way that was easily understood. Carl did a fantastic job of all the pipework. Dave showed me how to use the control panel. The Carpenter (sorry cannot remember his name) did a brilliant job of boxing in all the pipework.

Everyone from BSW have been a credit to the Firm. I cannot remember all their names but I cannot fault them in anyway. They were all fantastic and efficient.

Before the new heating system had been installed I had to buy 2 Karcher window vacs, every day at least 2 or 3 times I had to hoover (suck) all the water off all the windows in the house. That was a miserable and time consuming job. I am pleased to say that they are now redundant!!
BSW have transformed my house.

I am part of a voluntary study group for the NEA Charity who party funded my installation and have to read special meters which the Charity had BSW put in for them. I can now read the meters clearly and can easily see that I am using such a small amount of electricity compared to “the bad old days”. Amazing.

I highly recommend the new air source heat pump system. More importantly I highly recommend BSW. A very efficient, knowledgeable, polite and tidy Firm.

All of the staff from BSW have gone out of their way to provide us with a polite, efficient and fast service throughout the entire installation.

All of the respective tradesmen were a joy to have around, never left a mess behind them and did a first class job, the result of which is just superb! Couldn’t ask for better. They even went to the trouble of moving some scaffold boards at the end of each day just so that we could use our satellite dish, who else would have gone to that bother?

I approached BSW as one of three potential installers of a new wood pellet boiler to replace the oil boiler we had previously. James from the company paid us a visit and I was struck by the fact that he was quite happy to work with a variety of boiler manufacturers – I had found other installers pushed one make over the others.

James produced a heat loss calculation and following much discussion of different options, recommended the size of boiler we needed.
The actual installation was completed by Steve from BSW; once again there was plenty of dialogue and I felt we were in safe, professional hands. Six months on and I am really pleased with the system; it has been 100% reliable.
