Our Contracts Department handles all forms of heating, plumbing and electrical works for social housing schemes. We also install kitchens, bathrooms and carry out house refurbishments.
Our Contracts Department undertake all forms of heating, plumbing and electrical works within domestic properties for Social Housing Landlords. All of the installations carried out are supervised from start to finish to ensure that the end result is of the highest possible standard. As with our Domestic customers, client satisfaction is extremely important to us and is monitored at all times. The high quality of our installations speaks for itself, many of our clients have renewed their contracts with BSW time and time again.

We are also an approved contractor for the Warmfront scheme carrying out Gas, Oil, LPG and Electric heating installations for a wide range of people under this government aided grant.
