We operate a dedicated department that covers Boiler Service, Maintenance and Repairs. Did you know? If you are a Landlord or Managing Agent you have a legal requirement to ensure the safety of your tenants by arranging an annual gas safety inspection to be carried out within 12 months following the installation of a new appliance and annually thereafter. Any gas appliance that you own and provide for your tenant’s benefit is included in your legal responsibility and all inspections must be carried out by a GAS SAFE registered engineer. As with all other services, a member of the BSW team will be happy to advise you on costs and provide any further information you require.

MAINTENANCE COVER PLANS

The average lifespan of a boiler is between ten and fifteen years.
